Our journey began with a focus on custom steel structural components for local warehouses. Recognizing the rapidly evolving industrial landscape in India, we invested heavily in modern fabrication systems, certified welding processes, and custom design software. Today, our Jabalpur complex manages complete, multi-million-dollar heavy fabrication contracts, serving major construction, mining, petrochemical, and automotive clients nationwide.

Advanced CNC Cutting Systems

Automated Machining & Cutting

Our facility houses high-end automated machinery including multi-axis CNC plasma profile cutting machines, heavy plate bending rolls (up to 40mm thickness capacity), and precision shearing machinery.

This automated foundation enables us to achieve tight dimensional tolerances, optimizing fit-up accuracy and speeding up the overall manufacturing flow for complex parts.

Certified Welding Assembly Bays

High-Capacity Fabrication Bays

We boast four dedicated fabrication bays with integrated overhead cranes (ranging from 10 to 30 tons lifting capacity). This allows us to handle heavy steel column assemblies, large girder trusses, and bulk silos with ease.

Certified MIG/TIG/Submerged Arc welding machines are operated by trained professionals to AWS/ASME guidelines, ensuring excellent joint integrity.
